- Application Tracking: Organize and monitor job applications with advanced tracking features
Account Registration

- You must be at least 16 years old to use our service
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- One person or entity may maintain only one account
Account Security
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access

Pro Plan - $25/month or $199/year
- Unlimited resumes with all templates
- Unlimited cover letters with all templates
- 300 AI tailoring requests per month
- Unlimited job search across all platforms
- Advanced job tracker with attachments & custom fields
- No watermarks on exports
Payment Terms
Billing
- Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Annual billing provides a 34% discount ($199/year vs $300/year monthly)
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period
- No partial refunds for unused time

Service Availability
Uptime and Maintenance
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice

- We do not guarantee job placement or interview success
- Job search results depend on third-party platforms and their availability

Termination
